The device is divided into two control modes: fully automatic hydraulic control; semi-automatic control.
1、 Steam characteristics:
The steam heat inside the inner and outer gallbladder layers of the pot heats the materials. Due to the temperature characteristics of steam heating, the materials inside the pot will not stick to the pot, making it suitable for heating and drying heat sensitive materials.
Scope of application: Suitable for fruit sauces such as tomato sauce and strawberry jam, as well as high viscosity materials such as bean paste, filling, lotus paste, jujube paste, bean paste, meat floss, and other filling product categories. A product with multiple functions provides convenience for producing multiple materials.
2、 Product composition: This series of equipment mainly consists of a pot body, a frame body, a mixing system, a heating system, a speed control transmission device, a mixing shaft, a pot body flipping system, etc
1. Equipment material: This series of products adopts the semi spherical stainless steel pot body formed by one-time stamping of the Yixing Beihai head, a Japanese wholly-owned enterprise. It adopts steam heating form and has a large heating area and high thermal efficiency. All parts of this product that come into contact with food are made of 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel and polished. Meets the requirements of the Food Hygiene Law of the People's Republic of China, with beautiful appearance, reasonable design, compact structure, easy installation, simple operation, and easy maintenance.
2. Mixing system: The mixing method adopts a special inclined transmission, and the planetary stirrer used is in full contact with the pot body. The mixing system adopts a combination of self rotation and revolution, with a non integer transmission ratio to ensure that there are no mixing blind spots in the pot. Using advanced transmission and sealing structures to keep the transmission part and the pot clean and hygienic.
3. Material dumping: The automatic/hydraulic type of this series of equipment uses hydraulic thrust to flip the mixing arm, eliminating the need to disassemble the mixer. The hydraulic thrust is then used to tilt the pot body, making it easy to enter and exit raw materials and saving manpower. The use of a stepless frequency converter can evenly mix and heat high viscosity products, increasing heat output. 3、 Attention:
1. Check the steam pipeline and valves once per shift to prevent steam leakage and avoid scalding accidents;
During the work process, it is necessary to ensure that the steam pressure is within the design range, and the maximum working pressure shall not exceed 0.29MPa.
This device can only be used within the specified "working pressure" range, and overpressure is absolutely not allowed. Otherwise, the consequences will be borne by the user. (Configuration: Steam boiler and steam generator)
